We screen temperatures at the door, so if you're feeling under the weather or have been in close contact with anyone showing symptoms, please let us know and we'll be happy to schedule a new appointment for you!
We are required to wait at least two weeks to assure that the symptoms are unrelated, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!

The Golden Rule: We treat our clients with the utmost respect and adore clients that are willing to return the favor!
Be Timely: If you're running late, just let us know and we'll work with you to find a solution! Generally we ask clients try to not run more than 10 minutes behind, but we understand that it's not always avoidable. Send us a text and we'll either know to wait and keep your appointment, or we can assist you in scheduling a new one.
Patience: Because we want to assure the highest quality of service we can provide you with, we don't like to rush any of our services. This especially applies to color and chemical services, as they take time to process and shortening such appointments can cause the final result to be lacking. Please let us know if there are any scheduling conflicts ahead of time, and we will do our best to compromise on time without compromising on quality!
Equipment: For safety reasons, please do not attempt to self-service! This can not only risk potential injuries to you and staff, but you also run the risk of damaging your hair as well. If there is anything you need us to do or feel we could do better, please feel free to let us know so that we may discuss it with you!
Focus: During you're appointment, we know you may need to use your phone, which is completely fine! We just ask that you be careful not to hold any devices up to your ear during your service, as they may get product or hair on them. Feel free to put your phone on speaker if you're comfortable. Of course, if it's something more private that requires you to hold it to your ear, just let us know and we'll do our best to find a way around it!
Breaks: Is your appointment lasting a few hours? Do you need to walk around? Just let us know you need a break and we'll find a good resting point in your service. It's very important to keep us updated on your comfort-levels as your satisfaction is our priority!
Food: If you're getting hungry, you're more than welcome to have food delivered in to our shop. Do keep in mind that most of our furniture is white, so if you're craving something with sauce, notify us and we'll make the necessary arrangements!
